WTHS congrats Chef Phillip Cropper on being announced as a Maryland Teacher of the Year Finalist! Chef Cropper is one of seven top teachers across the state who will compete for the state's top prize. The Maryland Teacher of the Year will be announced at the Gala on Friday, September 26th at Martin's Valley Mansion in Cockeysville. Good luck Chef Cropper.
